Terms & Conditions

1.Payment Terms A deposit, as agreed upon between PICKR WHOLESALE LLC and the buyer, must be paid in advance to reserve the product. Products will not be reserved without receipt of the agreed deposit. Once the product is ready for shipment, the remaining balance must be paid in full before any goods are shipped or delivered. No product will be released until full payment has been received. All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by PICKR WHOLESALE LLC.

 

2.Minimum Order Requirement All wholesale purchases are subject to a minimum order value of $500, unless otherwise stated.

 

3.Shipping & Delivery Shipping will commence only after full payment has been received. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. PICKR WHOLESALE LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment.

 

4.Returns & Damages All sales are final. Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged goods reported within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. A 10% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.

 

5.Title & Ownership All goods remain the property of PICKR WHOLESALE LLC until the full agreed-upon amount has been paid.

 

6.Pricing & Availability All prices are subject to change without notice. Product availability may vary. Equivalent substitutions may only be made with prior customer approval.

 

7.Limitation of Liability PICKR WHOLESALE LLC's liability is limited to the value of goods sold. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

8.Governing Law These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Brooklyn, New York
